Dr Chan Kam Man graduated from Newcastle University, U.K. in 1984 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.). After graduation, he worked at the Honorary Clinical Office as a Senior House Officer at the Department of Maxillo-Facial Surgery and Orthodontics, Peterbourough, U.K. between 1984 to 1985. Dr Chan then received his Licence in Dental Surgery (L.D.S.) from the Royal College of Surgeons, London, in 1998 and was a Member of the British Orthodontic Association from 1988 to 2010.
Between the years 1985 and 1989, Dr Chan practiced as a General Dental Surgeon at the National Health Service (NHS) in U.K. and gained valuable experiences with treating a myriad of dental conditions. In 1989, Dr Chan returned to Hong Kong and started full time practice here. Dr Chan has been practicing at the Central and Admiralty districts of Hong Kong the past 28 years.
Dr Chan keeps in constant touch with academia and also works as a part time lecturer at the Prince Philip Dental Hospital and the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Hong Kong and has been doing so since 1995 till present.
Dr Chan is a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International since 1997 till present and is devoted to the advancement of dentistry and the elevation of dental standards by continuing education.
